To reserve a unit, we require a completed application and a holding deposit equal to 25% of the monthly rent. When you take occupancy of the unit, the holding deposit will apply towards your security deposit.

Our Reservation Process
  1. Apply Online With ACRANET. You can also stop by our office to submit your application.
  2. Select your top 3 choices of units. Complete a Unit Reservation Choice Sheet.
  3. Complete and sign a holding agreement.
  4. Pay a holding deposit equal to 25% of the monthly rent of your 1st choice on the reservation choice sheet.

We assign units on a first-come, first-serve basis from the date we receive the holding deposit.
